T2 Lead Recovery Dashboard helps T2DESIGN marketing clients capture enquiries, track follow-up actions and report enquiry-to-booking outcomes. This policy explains the basic information we collect to run the dashboard.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name, business name, email address, business contact details, logo, leads, quotes, follow-up actions, and activity logs you create in the app.

How we use information

We use this information to provide the app, generate quote PDFs, send quote and reminder emails, show overdue or due-today follow-ups, and improve reliability and support.

Email and reminders

FollowUp may send quote emails and daily follow-up digest emails using the email settings connected to the app. Customers can reply to the configured FollowUp sender address.

Data storage

Data is stored using Supabase and supporting services required to run the web app. Access is protected by authentication and tenant-scoped security rules where applicable.
